Profile Page Builder Question

How do I remove the "Get Email" choice from the Actions block within member profile. I dont want this in because it sends the member's actual email address to whoever wants it, potentially a Spammers paradise.I have made the whole Actions block viewable to members only but I dont feel thats enough.
