Really bizarre - have purchased ad-free license but links are sometimes present

I purchased an ad-free license and applied the new patch but the strangest thing has happened. The links were removed and then I noticed that they were again present the next time I was looking at my website.

I also noticed that in 'my licenses' that the license that I purchased doesn't show up. I have also noticed that unity is looking slightly different so there have obviously been some changes. Is my website no longer registered as a result of these changes? Or is this the result of 6.1.1 still having some bugs regarding the footer post ad-free license purchase?

I am SO close to launching my website and would appreciate any help anyone could give me.
