Reset Profile fields to factory 30 secs

This video tutorial will show you how to reset. They are all over the place..nothing works..some wont move up or down. Reset and watch other vids I have to make the right.

why do i get this error when i try to install

Hello what video do you have to back up the database for this video. As i go and edit the profiles i would like to back everything up. So could to point me to the right video? I cant find the correct video

backup DB is in this one too but I dont do it....just scroll downa bit and see the backup structure and content part
