Membership feature

Hi

As i was looking on how to set memberships to genders at sign up, i searched at boonex and found following:

• Ability to give gender type users gold membership during sign up

So i went through the admin panel and tried to figure out where it is...

But i didnt found on how to set this up as i want females getting another membership.

Any ideas? Any solutions?
