cant connect to RMS.....help!!!

hi all

after spending $60 to install with HOSTFORWEB, my site won't connect to boonex RMS. It reads 'can't connect to rms'

Tried contacting Boonex support..........no response . Is there actually support????

Somebody please help.

Host for Web, have suggest i spend more money and host media server with them...all sounds like a clever deal between Boonex & Host For Web.

Boonex.......please help ...somebody please help........!!

Hello

What Ray package do you use: Free or Ads-Free? Boonex RMS is available for Ray Free only.
1. If you use Free package you need to try to regenerate your free licenses on this site, if you registered them before the release of Ray 3.5.
2. If you use Ads-Free package, you need to install RMS on your own host. If you use VPS or Dedicated Server from Host For Web then it shouldn't cost you additional money. You may download RMS for free and install it using the installation manual. :)

gotta love it when the response time of these fellas is slower than or equal to boonex's response time, but boonex gets hammered about their response time.

your answer was 15 hours ago anton, and the poster hasnt even returned.
