help help - unable to modify logo.fla!

When I try to modify the logo.fla (whichs work perfectly "out of the box") to either replace the "Welcome To The Community" text box to "Welcome To Site Name" or delete the "Welcome To The Community" text box, the exported .swf file plays and shows:

1) The words undefined where the "Welcome To The Community" text used to be displayed when I test the movie.

or

2) The Flash application itself throws some errors saying something to the affect that its unable to load some of the logo_as files (I have downloaded those files as well)


When I upload it to my site and reload the main page, the area for the ogo.swf loads as a blank white space where the images should be.

Help :(
