so much problems so little solutions

i have been trying to get help for my dolphin and ray software for some days now and i have even tried emailing them for help and yet i have yet to recieve an answer. if i bought the paid version is this stil the service i would be getting? i believe so because the software has bugs in it and the helpdesk here sucks. are any of you having the same results?

We've only had good results from Boonex's products. It'd be better if you posted exactly what problem you're having so that people can help you.

here it is again from another post

i have dolphin 6.1 and ray 3.5 running on a unix server. i am having trouble with the video loader where i uploaded the first video and fine. now i am trying to load another one and it keeps giving me the prompt saying "alert - undefined" what is causing this and why did it let me load the first one?
