i would like to know about this new ray 3.5 as i recall and was accustomed to on ray 3.1

I looked in my ray base Global/constants.inc.php file and it says:<br />

I'm currently using Dolphin 6.0.0005-Free and I can't view the Ray Base Setting in the admin. It continues to load
