BoonEx Refund and Upgrade Policy

We respect your willingness to support the BoonEx Unite People mission in trying to move people closer no matter what they do, and no matter where they live and we show our appreciation by providing you with the highest quality community software and first class service. That is why we kindly ask you to pay attention to this document.

1. Each BoonEx product passes all major testing by the Testing team and customers (who desire to take part in testing) before it is released and delivered to you. BoonEx also provides free live online demo.

2. Before you purchase a license, download some of our software or order some of our services please:

  • make sure that your server fully meets all technical requirement for a product
  • test the free demo version of the product you are interested in
  • make sure that the product can be successfully integrated into your web site
  • be aware that a product installation takes up to 7 days (usually 3-4 days)
  • note that a product integration takes up to 2-3 weeks (usually 7-10 days)

Please note that BoonEx does not make refunds for any kind of paid services as well as your contributions.

3. If you install or integrate a product yourself and encounter any type of difficulty there is no way to request a refund. Usually our clients turn to the Technical Department for the installation/integration service or turn to the Forumz which can be accessed at Expertzzz.com where our software is supported collaboratively by highly skilled independent experts.

4. We offer no refunds for any of our services due to mismatching of hosting capabilities and technical requirements, for your inability to install/integrate our software, if our software has been hacked or if our software has been damaged by you, deliberately or unintentionally.

5. We appreciate your willingness to be up-to-date with your online community web site. That is why we constantly work at community software development and improvement. We apply all our efforts to make our products better with every new release, and we will continue to do so.

Ray - Community Widget Suite policy.

1. Every Ray widget requires its own license. This means you can apply Ray software to only one web site. If you run two or more web sites and wish to bring a spirit of community to both, then you should acquire two or more Ray licenses.

2. In case you wish to make an upgrade to the most recent released Ray version you should register at boonex.com/unity where you'll be able to get licenses for the new version. Take into consideration the following information: Ray Community Widget Suite is offered for free with Ads, but it has a proprietary license. If you'd like to remove all the BoonEx links and banners you can acquire Ray references removal service for $39/annum for each widget you have.

3. BoonEx installation service costs $79. This price includes installation of Dolphin, Ray (if you would like to use it) and Orca (if you're going to use it).

4. If you plan to integrate Ray into 3rd party software, please contact the Support Department for quoting. Our programmers will learn your script structure and will be able to define the integration price.

5. If you are about to use Ray in a bundle with Dolphin - Smart Community Builder please note:

  • Ray 1.0 is compatible with Dolphin 5.0 version.
  • Ray 1.1 is compatible with Dolphin 5.1/5.2 versions.
  • Ray 2.0 is compatible with Dolphin 5.3 version.
  • Ray 2.1 is compatible with Dolphin 5.4 version.
  • Ray 2.2 is compatible with the Dolphin 5.5 version.
  • Ray 2.3 is compatible with the Dolphin 5.6/5.5 versions.
  • Ray 3.0 is compatible with the Dolphin 6.0/5.6/5.5 versions.
