Whiteboard - gathers your members together
Ray Whiteboard surprises with a new dimension to the collection that is Ray. Forget the chalk dust of the old blackboards from your school days - we're moving in a new, but familiar direction now. Whiteboard is intuitive, handy and simply fun to use or just play with, the whiteboard can also be used collaboratively to add ideas or present your points to others in a chalkboard fashion. If they just don't get it, now you can draw them a picture!
"Child's Play? We don't think so..."
Whiteboard utilizes the same uniform features as the other widgets - skins, languages, and so on, so its scheme matches the rest of the widgets. Everyone is familiar with the established paint programs, and now you have another recognizable and fun to use tool for your membership. We've said it before, but repeat it with emphasis - so simple a child can do it. Take a lesson from them and see how a concept can be presented better graphically.
Easy to use controls
It's so simple, really! Start a new board, name it, and allow others to edit or keep control to yourself. Limit the number of users if you like. Select the functions you wish to use - shapes, lines, colors, tool size. Use the left/right arrows to move backward or forward through changes, or erase the board and start over. Add text for effect or to highlight. Slick, instinctive and admit it - it's just plain fun. They can use it any way they wish and be creative.
Skin and Languages
If you have added languages to Ray, it's a snap to select them by clicking the settings button. You will find your installed languages available here, and can choose the one you like. You will also find a drop down list of the skins that you have available and loaded into Ray to maintain a uniform look across all the widgets on your site. Smileys? Not here. If you need them - just draw your own!
Admin Panel
Everything is under your thumb as a site owner and it is all controlled the same as in the other widgets. It's a piece of cake! 'Nuf said.
