My Contacts management

I don't find any way to manage My Contacts list (to delete a "contact"). Any body who send me a mail (even a spam) is added to this contacts list. My Contacts list has to contain only members I contacted and not those who contacted me. This important as My Contacts is also an option to set privacy.
