Rethinking/Reworking the Template System

Please Boonex think of it.. a single folder template is simpler and easier to have/modify instead of two that are mixed together.. We should remove the "BASE" directory, we should let Dolphin 6.x style in the past, we need to simplify things as never before. We should only have "tmpl_uni" folder instead of base+tmpl_uni..
