Default Privacy Group and Default Values

Description
Setting Default Privacy Group to, for example, Friends Only doesn't change Default Values that are still set to Public (have to change to Friends Only by default - Those with Me Only are right and doesn't have to change)

The value of default group is relevant to the entries where 'default' privacy group is selected. If content is posted with public privacy(or any non 'default' group) it will be be changed only if user change this value for particular entry manually.
