Cron keeps sending redundent match notifications

This is a shame ! These cupid mails never worked since v. 6.1, since about 2 years ago.

Several emails sent to Victor and some other there had absolutly no other effect but vain promises.

Rather than to play with childish Avatars thing, maybe someone there could have a professional look at this really intoleable problem ??? Please.
