verify members as real

i think is very important to verify the members as real, because the members will talk to real members and not to fakes.

i think the best way is when users make a foto with a paper with hes name and a special code generated from dolphin and this upload directly in the script. then comes this images in the adminpanel under approve...i think approve is false this is only for email verify but i think this must be renamed
