Orca/Dolphin Install Integration Problems

Description
I have installed the newest stable version of Dolphin which is supposed to come integrated with Orca, and for some reason I can not get it to come up with I or a member clicks on the Orca Forum link in the member control panel... I have looked throughout the forum, but I have yet to find a post that has helped me fix this problem... Can you help me?
