Music or Video content and option to make content private or public so that others can view and rate.

Let user define submitted content privacy settings. Both for profile content and for galleries content. One should be able to let content be: public and in public browse, ratings; public, but not listed anywhere except for profile; private - available for friends only; private - password protected.
