Upload cover/image to the audio files the user uploads to Dolphin

Description

When user uploads music let him upload an image (thumbnail) for the music file. That could be an album cover, or and image of their choice. If image is uploaded - show it as thumbnail, if not - show vizualizator screenshot, like now. Make screenshot from vizualizator that was chosen by the uploader, when uploading.
