Description
IP tracking for each user (history of IP's used by that user) is very important to ban the trouble makers

Glad to see this here already.
Posted a comment in another ticket ("missing in admin" i think),
that simply adding username / guest-id to IP list in current Tools would quickly make it more usable.
1 hour/day bans would be idea for guest-spammers that change IP.
For later, perhaps set/check cookie and check browser info also.
(allowed guests to post a few lines before, but disabled them now - more of them, all just called guest)
