Consider http://stopforumspam.com/apis, http://mollom.com/ and http://defensio.com/ for additional spam filtering
Add autoblock/autosuspend functionality, so if user submitted spam content more than N times - his/her profiles is suspended/blocked for N time or forever
Add "submit-ham" feature for Akismet, so admin can send false positive reports to teach the system !
Bad word filter on all pages with comments, shoutbox, chat, forum, clubs, profile descriptions, profile names, user names etc. etc.
admin-side interface with a list of "bad words", editable by admin, that would trigger one of 3 actions (admin chooses which one):
1) delete message with bad words
2) use [filtered] instead of the bad word
3) block user that uses bad words in posts
4) Make it part of Antispam tools !
