After deleting a banned member, the member is stil counted as a banned member.

Description
This may or may not be a bug. /inc/admin.inc.php was downloaded from trac and replaced on the site. A member was banned, then deleted. While the member was deleted, the number of banned members did not change.
See attached screenshot. There are 3 total members, and zero banned members.
