Profile background color changes to your own profile, are applied to every users profile, but only when logged

Description
When customizing a profile, applying a background color change, changes the background color of all user profiles. This only happenes when logged in. Logging out returns all profile background colors to their default color, including the background color of your own profile. Logging back in, causes the issue to return.
