Birthday problem in user profile edit page

Description
If you use trye to use the birthday option in user edit screen and fill in the date, then this is to small in first, the year is not 100% visible. The year 1951 is not accepted, I can't be older then 75 years (1951)m (this was in version 1 alreadys the same problem)
