Templates systematization similar to Modules

Description
I see the modules got more attention to the way they are going to be installed/uninstalled, I mean I see that the mod developers can now add their own folder inside the modules path: root/modules/boonex/module1/CONTENT but the template designers still has to stack their skins.. root/templates/tmpl_AUTHOR_SKINNAME/CONTENT Modules also benefits of install/uninstall section.. why templates does not have this logical feature?
What I propose is that templates should be organised just as modules and admins should also have the possibility to uninstall templates just like the modules.. Please discuss this ticket with Andrew don't just close it..
