Contact Importer on Signup and in Profile

Description

We should integrate OpenInviter? (GPL license and open-source) -  http://openinviter.com/ And to have the importer in the sign up screen as a optional item and also a tab in the Profile section.

Well I think it will be wiser to put the importer when members log in for the first time , practically a page with the importer and a skip button.. + A tab in the profile page for later invites..
