Ticket #23 (new defect)

Description

The “report this post” function is deactivated if I am goint to rate a post. So I cannot report a post if I already rated it. If an user reports a post what happens? Haven’t found any function where the admin can “reset” a post after an user reported it. Otherwise it doesn’t make much sense if I cannot see which user has reported a post. So if somebody wants to sabotage my bourd, he clicks through all posts.
