Internet Petition To Recall Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick. Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick has had large influence on the city within a very short amount of time. When a city and a state population bands together, it can recall a mayor who is found to be corrupt, incompetent or unfit to lead. Kwame Kilpatrick seems to not understand that it is a Privilege not a Right to be the Mayor of Detroit.
