![]() | CyberXing developed and is hosting our current site netaffair.com. Our current site was based on V5.6 and is now being revamped into the latest and greatest version. We could not be happier with our hosting at CyberXing, and the RMS has always worked perfectly. A few times support was a bit hectic, and as it was explained, they had some growth issues that seem to have been worked out. I myself have tried 2 other hosting providers on this list, 1 of which HFW sucks the royal goose egg!! the other was "ok' , they didnt have the knowledge and people to do the customizations that we needed. ![]() | If you want the absolute best customer service for your hosted site, you won't find a better solution than CyberXing. They do everything they can to take care of anything you need, and are always there to help if you have a problem. I know from personal experience that they go above and beyond just providing hosting services. They really work very hard to take great care of their customers. CyberXing is the only hosting service that has actually exceeded my expectations for service. You just can't find a better group to host your site. ![]() | I transferred my site samaroid.ru to CyberXing hosting 1 month ago. First, I had some troubles with DNS settings but I must say that CyberXing's support was so professional and patient!! So I'm glad that I choosen this hoster. | ![]() |

![]() | No all was good. In Jun 29, our RMS was down about 7 days, and CyberX not response and then close the ticket wihout response. After 7 days i contacted for Ray specialist Darren Powless to reinstall my RAY Application and say the problem is "RMS Cyber". Then try again a new ticket and Cyber no response. After 10 days, changed a new hosting and from this day to today our site is ok. In other case, Cyber Double Pay - Again without question. Many tickets for support wihtout response, and closed for Cyber. Now, today Oct 24 maybe the support and attention to customer is very different | ![]() |

![]() | I have been with CyberX for about 6 months now, I went through 6 companies prior trying to host a dolphin account. Their price is right, and they set the origional site up for me. I have to say the Technica suppot was shaky at the beginning, but now I think they do a good job on all issues. ![]() | My experience with them has been mixed. When I initially signed up, the experience was good, but since then, the support and billing problems have abounded. The majority of my issues have been around the slow technical support and sometimes you never get a response back from them. As mentioned before, they do not have a phone number to call so you are subject to the back and forth via e-mail whenever they decide to respond to you. I also had some issues with billing (they recently raised all of thier prices across the board which in some cases doubled or more the price of individual services) but the billing department was responsive and took care of it (although I have had to e-mail about the same problem more than three times). Also no phone support for billing or any other services as well. Because of the extra effort they gave specifically toward me and my billing/account cost issues, I will continue to do business with them for now. | ![]() |

![]() | Cyberxing offers excellent support for Dolphin & Ray installation at the best price I've found for VPS hosting. Generally they are excellent in customer service and responding to issues. I strongly recommend installation into the root directory with Cyberxing hosting and to watch their support board for service outages since this company is growing quickly and 2-3 times a year does major upgrades to accommodate the growth. | ![]() |
