BoonEx: Which servers does your company offer for BoonEx customers?

HostUpon: We offer two options for customer. Shared Hosting and Private Hosting. Our Private servers are fully managed unlike a typical VPS and are designed with all of BoonEx software requirements in mind.

BoonEx: Are there any special programs (discounts) for customers referred by BoonEx?

BoonEx: Do your servers meet all BoonEx products technical requirements, and can you provide us/them with all the necessary accesses so the software can be installed properly?

HostUpon: Yes our plans are designed with Boonex software in mind. We have a free auto-installer on all servers for Dolphin.

BoonEx: Is there a possibility to use .htaccess or php.ini for local PHP setup?

HostUpon: Customers can set their own .htaccess and php.ini files on either shared hosting or private hosting!

BoonEx: Is it possible to use phpMyAdmin?

HostUpon: Yes customers have full access to phpMyAdmin

BoonEx: Is it possible to use SSH ?

HostUpon: Yes we offer SSH to all clients.

BoonEx: Do you help customers to create domain names and register their nameservers?

HostUpon: Yes, we allow domain registration and it is included on most plans for free! We also setup name servers for clients at no additional cost.

BoonEx: Do you open the necessary ports per customer's requirement? (if someone would like to run several Ray Media Servers)

HostUpon: We do not provide RMS hosting directly, just software hosting for Dolphin, Ray and Orca (along with other Boonex software)

BoonEx: Would the site activity logs be available for a customer in case some problems appeared?

HostUpon: Yes customers can access all apache and site logs anytime inside their control panel.
