	Okay, over 25 years in the IT industry should qualify me as a good source to review the job of setting up a simple web host. I went to this company because it was on the list referred by Boonex. The first words in their heading say "BoonEx auto-install" along with a short list of spectacular points about their superior support and quality. I have to take exception with every claim they make. After looking for the autoinstall feature I went to live support only to have the support guy literally tell me he had no idea what I was talking about and that I had to speak with BILLING about the issue. Billing??? Ok. I then called and tried to use Live support to reach Sales and Billing. Hours on hold, disconnected after long waits and finally told they do NOT autoinstall any feature except their live video feature. I initiated a refund on Feb 12th. I'll keep you posted!
