BoonEx: Are there any special programs (discounts) for customers referred by BoonEx?

Terabyte: Terabyte Hosting Solutions will provide all Boonex referred customers a discount coupon.

BoonEx: Do your servers meet all BoonEx products technical requirements, and can you provide us/them with all the necessary accesses so the software can be installed properly?

Terabyte: Terabyte Hosting Solutions servers are setup exclusively for Boonex products. Terabyte Hosting Solutions maintains a secure server environment and protection to our customers sites. Terabyte Hosting Solutions has the Dolphin(c) Auto-Installer loaded on all of our servers, and provide installation in root for all of our hosted accounts upon request. Dolphin Free, AdFree and Smartpack Pro are all running optimally on Terabyte Hosting Solutions Servers.

BoonEx: Is there a possibility to use .htaccess or php.ini for local PHP setup?

Terabyte: .htaccess is allowed on all our servers and shared hosting plans. php.ini is allowed, we strongly recommend against changing your local php.ini settings as you might lower your sites security, as Terabyte Hosting Solutions already has the master php.ini setup for all of Dolphins requirements, Terabyte Hosting Solutions feel it is unwise and unsafe to change your local php.ini settings.

BoonEx: Is it possible to use phpMyAdmin?

Terabyte: All of our servers are equipped with phpMyAdmin installed and access via Cpanel for phpMyAdmin-MySql database control.

BoonEx: Is it possible to use SSH ?

Terabyte: SSH is allowed, on a per request basis, for security purposes, Terabyte Hosting Solutions requires your ip address to add to a safe access list, this requires a static ip, if you have a dynamic ip, Terabyte Hosting Solutions can only grant SSH for your session that is needed at the time.

BoonEx: Do you help customers to create domain names and register their nameservers?

Terabyte: Terabyte Hosting Solutions and Proxy-Host.us (domain registrar) offer Domain registration and nameserver setup to anyone that requests it, Terabyte Hosting Solutions will also setup your PTR records for your nameservers.

BoonEx: Do you open the necessary ports per customer's requirement? (if someone would like to run several Ray Media Servers)

Terabyte: Only on VPS and Dedicated servers, all our shared hosting packages are granted one FREE account on our Ray Media Servers.

BoonEx: Would the site activity logs be available for a customer in case some problems appeared?

	Terra-Byte hosting and Dosdawg in particular saved my sites during the last hack outbreak. Dosdawg stayed with me overnight and we moved four hack infested sites over to his servers. Not only are they all running great but even before upgrading to 6.1.4 the hacking stopped. Did I mention this was all done before we even remotely discussed payment or me hosting with him? The customer service, and great experience inspired me to get out of the $4.95 a month arena and take my sites seriously. DosDawg has also built up a great Dolphin support staff dedicated to customer service. 	I have to say DosDawg has been helping me out for the last few weeks as I am only new to Dolphin and DosDawg even did my Cron Jobs for me as I didn't know what to do and I have to admit he has been a great help. At the moment I am only using the RMS Hosting but in the near future I will be using Terabyte to run a new website. I came to use Terabyte by meeting Sammy at one of the chat sites and she recommended that I used Terabye Hosting. 	Dos Dawg and the guys are Pro I have had nothing but a positive hosting experience with their help. They have made the Software work for my needs and they are very easy to talk to and have quick response to issues that need to be addressed. If not for them I would not have been using your software, I search all that were offering hosting and found all fell short except for Terabyte. 	I got Dolphin on October 7th, yes 3 weeks & 2 days ago. I had never heard of PHP, SQL, CSS, CPanel or FTP Clients, let alone set up a site. Sammie & DosDawg had fun watching me race into the forums with the simplest of questions, I almost asked how do I turn on my computer? These guys took me under their wings and started showing me how to do things. Helped me create a subdomain to practice building a site on & test out all the mods I wanted to add. They were even there as I did my first SQL injection on myPHPAdmin tonight. Not only do these guys own Terabyte hosting, they go so far beyond what I expected out of a hosting company they've got my site until the end of time. If you want problems with your site go somewhere else, if you want to build a site that works and are truly serious about learning, get with Terabyte Hosting. You will never regret it. And remember, if Sammie yells at you, it's because she LOVES you!!

	I been with Terabyte for 3 months now.. before i used to have a hosting, which was wack, service suxs, but here, maaaaaaaaaaaaaaan, this server its the "......" i am really, happy with this hosting. 	I retract my previous endorsement of this company as I can not in any shape, manner or form endorse them. I strongly recommend before you choose any hosting company that you conduct extreme due diligence in the form of research. Talk to other site owners, multiple hosting companies and conduct an intense interview via a messenger service that records all conversations prior to choosing. I regret placing my endorsement on this Hosting Company and I am retracting it.

	My search for a truly functional RMS hosting service led me to terabyte. After the signup process, I was truly surprised to receive a phone call from DosDawg himself with questions and answers to what I was looking for. Truly personal service! This led to a conversation about site hosting with Terabyte, we discussed the ins & outs of this and learning of his knowledge of Dolphin, I decided to move my site from HFW to Terabyte. DosDawg handled the move himself and had my site up and running there within MINUTES!!! There were NO ISSUES after the move, EVERYTHING worked flawlessly! 	If your new to boonex and Dolpin communities and your looking for a host I highly recomend Terabye-Hosting and DosDawg. I recently purchased stand alone RMS service from another company. Was told that I could not use my free version of Dolphin to connect and that I had to purchase the adfree version. Still no connection after spending $40. DosDawg took the time to show me it was not my server or my setup, by setting me up an account on one of his servers to act as my RMS server. Blam the connection worked and I can run A/V Chat. So if your looking for quaitly service from a knowledgeable staff for your Dolphin Community hosting. Then I say go with Terabyte-Hosting and DosDawg. You will not be sorry for the little extra you pay per month.

	Another issue with Dolphin... another quick and professional fix done by Terabyte. Serioustly level of the knowledge of this hosting company is outstanding! Attitude of the support is something that I haven't seen from any other hosts. They don't only host Delphin but also constantly supporting it with any queries you may have not only throwing you into the bucket with the others! Terabyte thank you very much for all your help!!!

	well all i can say about this company is this. i asked a few questions about transfering my server to them. the replied fast. and the guy was going to stay up all night to get this done for me what more can you ask for. told me he could have my site up and running within 2 hours thats just great i would suggest if your looking for a great host look at these guys.

	I am new to Dolphin and have a hosting company. I sent Dolphin's requirements to them and they couldn't accommodate me. I did some research and went with a company who meet the necessary requirements. I haven't any complaints about them BUT if I had chosen Terabyte, I would not have had to do a fresh Dolphin install 4 times. You see, the other company's platform more than meet the requirements. What Terabyte has over them is John aka DosDawg, who is a Dolphin guru! This is Terabyte's greatest asset and competitive edge. Terabyte has the equipment to take care of your hosting PLUS someone whose heart is big enough, (knowledge is keen enough) to spend the necessary time to bring your site up again, and you're not their customer. What more can I say? I recommend Terabyte.
