CSS File editor in Admin

I can not edit my CSS files in admin. Can someone tell me where to find the permission for them so I can edit the information? I just need to know what files to set and what the permission levels area. It keeps saying in red file is not writable.

Hi Artur,
I am new to Dolphin, I created a social network site (www.friendsbooklet.com), I don't know how to change the of my site, I want to change it to blue color on top but I don't really know how to do that, I have tried but can't just find where to find it, please can you help? I also want my site to have language translator, (i.e) someone in spain can see the site in spanish, in france to french, I have already added the country languages, you will see this on top of my site but when you click on the country, the language still remain English, please how can I place the correct language translator on this site? I need your help, I hope to hear from you soon, please I really need your help.

Thanks and God bless.
