I lost my password and user name how do i reset it??

I was very easy and if you have a knowledge of html of
php or Dreamweaver you can do it simply go to Dreamweaver creat a new php page and click on the code
tab and select all Delete all content and paste tis line there.....

and give this name to the file
== admin_restore.php
and upload to your sever and open Firfox or IE
and type your site name and this admin_restore.php
(example) www.mysite.com/admin_restore.php

then it show sucess and go to your admine pannel and
type the user name = ADMIN_NAME
Password = ADMIN_PASSWORD

where are you hosting your Dolphin file i mean hosting website adress ... so please send me the web host adress my host has some problems iam using free host and if you are using a free host i can move my site to that so help meeeee mail id......admin.kalalayam@gmail.com

Ok I did all that and it still isnt working.....

I get the Success message but when I try to log in, it still says its the wrong user/pass combo....

Any help please?
