How to CREATE a template for Dolphin

How I can CREATE a template for Dolphin.

Look that I want to CREATE a template, I don't want to INSTALL a template. Create and install are different.

I had looking for a long time about this, and I can't find anywhere.

Where I can see a tutorial, tips and tricks, help or something that can help me to CREATE myself design and layout template for Dolphin?
