i installed everything, and did everything it asked and configured everything, i am no stranger to php installs and etc, but after it said thanks and everything was installed and etc, how do I view it? I go mydomain/ray/ which is where i put it but I get nothing but a blank screen, white
I can goto mydomain/ray/modules/ and see a directory break down of all the install comonents but, where is the link to see the installed script, this is wierd..

just an update i found by installing dolphin the ray modules work fine. i presume they rely on some components in dolphin to work.
so i dont know if its possible to use the ray package without dolphin but like me you could always try using the modules after the install by using links? i have yet to try this though

Same problem here. We are not going to use Dolphin but intended to integrate Ray with our own website. No documentation, no help available, no support desk to ask, does not bode well!

This all seems funny to me reading these post about no help.
I paid for dolphin, ray desktop and paid for the install, have asked for a quote to integrate with my website and for 2 weeks now not even a reply after 4 or 5 emails to them for the quote. I don't know what this is all about, but the time is ticking away spent the $39.00 yearly for each product a little over $350.00 I think pluss the $75.00 install think I could get an email back from someone.

You should have experienced an ads version (which is free) initially moreover installation is so simple that you can do it yourself or pay 10 $ instead of 75 to someone at expertzzz.com

How dang funny.......NOT. I saw this labeled INSTALLATION and had my hopes up it was helpful but now I see we have all wasted our time. Geezzzz If we all put our heads together maybe we could develop one that actually works.........
