Matchmaking not working

Hi:

I am using Dolphin 6.1.6. I turned on Cupid Mailings and Matchmaking in the Admin, Advanced settings.  I set the match percent to 60.  I added questions to the Member profile page and set the match options for each one in the Fields Builder.  What else do I need to do?  I see no indication that Matching is working.  There seem to be no viewable options for members to view matches.  I am also not receiving any emails notifiying me of matches.  I found questions pertaining to multiple emails being sent by Cupid but I couldn't find any references to the Matchmaking not working at all.  Can anyone help?  I might be overlooking something very simple.

Thanks.

i could be wrong here, because most of my work is geared towards non-dating sites, and more business-networking than social networking, but if you have your parameters setup as you state, the script is going to make a match, the users will receive the notification, and not so much the admin, unless you have a user account, then you would not be notified of a match being made. im not so familiar with where the mails are stored or even if they are, they are basically pulled from from the database, based on the matchmaking (cupid match) you setup in admin. you may also want to create a user account, and setup your profile so that it matches 60% of some of the other profiles, and see if you get notified.

secondly, i would look at your cron jobs and make sure they are setup correctly otherwise, there are no mails going out.

I do have test accounts set up that are not receiving any notification. So are you saying that once a member is logged in, there is nothing to click on that will automatically pull up the matches that were emailed? I will check the cron jobs and see if I can find the problem there. Thanks much.
