Membership restrictions don't work

Hello, I am experiencing some problems with the membership restrictions in Dolphin 6.0.0002. I have connected all the ray widgets to the system, and done a lot of modifications to the site in generel. I have created a free membership level and a paying membership level, and only want the free members to have acces to 'search for members' and some of the profile features. I have therefore defined what each of the membership levels should have acces to in the admin --> settings --> membership levels, but it doesn't work.

Also, even though I have cut off access for guests to see more than the frontpage in the admin--> builders --> navigation builders --> each of the buildingblocks, they still get access to the subpages. 

Can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong or where I should look to get it fixed?
