No notification of new users and profile matches

Can someone please help?

1.   I am not receiving new user notifications to the admin email AND

2.   My members do not receive emails notifiying them of profile matches.

I am using Dolphin 6.1.6.  In Advanced Settings the following are checked:  New User Notify, Enable cupid mails, Enable matchmaking.  I set the percentage to 60 for new matches.  I set up additional profile questions and set the match percent for each.  I checked with my hosting service to verify that my cron file is correct and since I do receive my nightly periodic report, I don't believe the problem is with the cron file.  Members do receive Welcome email and notification of Greetings.

can you ask your host to look in mail queue and see if your mails are getting hung up in the queue and then let you know what is causing it?

If you are receiving your nightly report to your admin email then you can atleast say that portion works. I'd go back over your notification setting and logically it should mimic your nightly report except for times, etc. Tell me what you find out cause I'm right behind you. :)
