Submit Button

My site has been working for months and all of a sudden without any changes from me my Submit Button on my Join Now page is not working. I've tried everything and looked at everything and I'm still lost. Help!

	Seems you add wrong condition for some field in join process. What did you change in your site recently?

	I haven't made any changes to it recently. I'll look back over it and see. I guess.
