Understanding Moderation Settings?

I do not understand the following, can you give me a brief explaination?

  • Do not change profile status after photo uploading
  • Do not change profile status after editing profile information
  • Do not change profile status after sound uploading
  • Do not change profile status after video uploading

Why would a profile status change and to what?

These all apply to changing the profile status when the member (user) uploads a photo, changes their profile information, uploads music or video.

Basically if you do not select these by placing a tick in the box then everytime a user does one of these actions then the new information, music or video,etc. can not be viewed until it has been approved by the admin / moderator.
