![]() | Yep, I am about to the point of disputing the charge on my credit card, issuing a fraud charge thru paypal, and filing a complaint with the ACCC http://www.accc.gov.au/. Boonex needs to start acting like a responsible company and be accountable to it's customers. This cavalier approach to it's customer base is unacceptable. Warnings need to be posted all over this site that because of their "whenever we get around to it" customer service, people need to plan at least a month in advance before site deployment. I have blasted emails to every contact i could find within boonex, and not one reply. | ![]() |

![]() | I ordered 2 ray licenses on Friday and they were activated that day. Saturday comes and now they aren't showing up in my account. This is frustrating having paid for something and it doesn't work right. | ![]() |
