Yet another License not delivered...

Seems to be an often reoccurring issue with your ordering process as I look down your list of questions.   I just recently purchased several Ray Products.  Yes, I clicked thru the entire ordering process and landed back on the boonex web page.  Yes, I got my receipt from paypal and YES I emailed a copy of the paypal receipt, my boonex username, and my other details to your marketing department.  Yet, here I sit hours later with no response and “NO ‘PAID FOR’ LICENSES” in my email or in my account online.

How many complaints does it take for you guys to even remotely consider that perhaps you have a serious problem with your checkout process?  Apparently, you are good at taking orders and collecting money, but not delivering on the actual product license.

So many questions, with nobody around to answer.
