disable NickName changes

How to disable my community members from changing their NickName and Email address in Edit Profile? I have try to register one nick name for example 'ABC' with the correct email 'abc@email.com'. Then when editing my profile, i can simply change my NickName to DEF and my email to def@mail.com without have to verification of my new email. Did someone face the same problems? because I don't really feels that changing nickname or username is a good idea for my community.

just go to Admin>Builders>Fields Builder and go to edit profile and remove the fields you dont want them to see/edit.
