promo block problem on Dolphin

I loaded pics into my promo block and for some reason on internet explore 2 pics just come up as a small white box with a red x through the box, on firefox the pics are viewable.

I tried to delete the 2 pics and they will not delete when I click "delete" and "ok", all the other pics delete no problem, Ive gone into firefox and tried to delete them as well with no luck so when my page scrolls I get a small white box with the red x when those images's turn comes.

Any help deleting those 2 pics would be greatley appreciated, thank you.
