uploading video

what format does a video have to be in to upload and actually work? Also what size? I just got my host to change that 2mb to 500 and i cant upload a video successfully but music is not a problem... can someone let me know THANX! in advance

what type of server is your dolphin running on
cause if its running on a windows server you need to replace the ffmpeg file in flash/global/app ?
