I just bought the whiteboard license, but it is not working. The page just says transfering data. Can someone please help? Thanks.

Hi!

It seems the Ray Media Server isn't launched. Please, kindly specify if you have your own RMS installed on your server or you are using free Ray package and BoonEx RMS.
