i am getting the same the video adds page photo page and i contacted support and nothing

IF mod_rewrite is enabled on your server
and your CEO url don't work

check your .htaccess file, I guessing it's empty

Upload .htaccess and overwrite old file.

And you have to delete
php_flag register_globals Off
from your .htaccess file if you have a internal server error

Yes, just check
mod_rewrite at your server (enable it) .. or disable permalinks (in admin) and recompile navigation menu

None of this helped me at all.
