A few small but important issues i have with my site

im on 6.1. ray 3.5 the only issues i have are with ray widgets really. 2 video issues in 2 different places,
video gallery is registered, lets me upload video but cant actually watch it lol says widget not registered. also i took some footage on my cam with video player says its saved but cant see it atal, tried to view and approve it from admin but the black box keeps refressing/

groups.. getting this message when clicking on certain groups Not Found

The requested URL /groups/category/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

instant messenger is a mess, it cant hold a conversation atal - has anyone made a better one i could replace the ray one with?

i just had fresh 6.1.1 install, and don't have your problem. Try to remove 'Ray' folder and reinstall again and register it. sometimes re-installing/re-registering fixes such issues. Also, try your testing on at least two diff. browsers. like FF and IE 7.0 and 6.0. It will narrow your troubleshooting. My only issue is mp3 not uploading on IE. G'luk.

I had a group not found issue. I created a new one of the same name, i.e. Thailand became Thailand2. This worked so I deleted Thailand and renamed Thailand2.

No problems since. I hope this helps!

I noticed carreral4 you had the same issue with video that I have with mp3. I didn't see a separate license for mp3 and the music player so I used the same license from the music player on the profile mp3 and I still can't show it as registered. I can upload but doesn't show anywhere but in admin and yes the mp3 works in admin. Where do I get a license for the mp3 player which is the free ray. Also cannot get the messenger to load as it's always locked in connecting mode. It's registered properly but cannot use it either from my presence or from chat. All my other ray widgets are working properly. Can anyone direct me to a fix or a how to? Thanks!
