Admin Authentication Failed with Ray v3.1 and hot fix applied


	I upgraded to 6.0004 from 6.0003 and applied the Ray v3.1 hot fix. Everything seems to work fine, except I cannot access the admin functionality for AV Chat. I get the error, Admin Authentication Failed. Anyone have any ideas? I've had about all the other problems most folks have had an I have gotten through them. I haven't seen this one anywhere. Once I get this worked out I will upgrade my production site. Thanks. Oh, I'm running my test system on Windows XP with Apache. Production is Linux with Apache.
