I want to install it myself but I have an error:

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_internal_encoding() in /home/myserver/public_html/install/index.php on line 541"

and then I contract the installation service and the licences.

How can I do to solve this problem?

I only want that my site run, I can make the installation but have an error.
