Banners on Free Version of Dolphin

Running a registered copy of Dolphin free. Banners do not show up on the site but are viewable within Banners setup utility. Does the free version not allow banners to run or do i have a problem somewhere. If so, where do I look?

	Banner Active - Have you checked it and are your Start Date and End Date set correct
